Interesting letter to the president of the Palais de Justice of Boulogne-sur-Mer concerning the upcoming inauguration of the new neoclassical courthouse. The bishop lays out the program of the ceremonies that the recipient had already agreed to, starting with a mass in Saint Joseph's, which would become the cathedral of Boulogne-sur-Mer, followed by a procession to the courthouse accompanied with music, a speech of the president and a speech by the bishop, and explaining the "ceremony of the blessing itself" that he will subsequently execute. In closing, Parisis accepts an invitation to a gala dinner on the evening of the inauguration.
Traces of folds and mnimal browning.
