In Dutch, to the Estates General, referring to an ordonnance forbidding the export of horses (Nader verbod tegens het uitvoeren van paarden na den vyand - Further prohibition of the export of horses to the enemy): "We send your honour a few copies of the ordonnance which we have received on the export of horses, approved and requesting, that you [...] have it published and spread at the locations where this is normally done [...]". With a further note by "Fr[ançois] Fagel" (secretary of the Estates General), referring the document to the Estates General.
