Autograph letter signed.
Giverny par Vernon, Eure, 28. X. 1924.
8vo. 1 page on bifolium.
To a "cher ami", written in his usual turquoise ink, concerning a Sundy Lunch. Monet also notes that his glasses or lenses have to be changed urgently, asks his friend a favour to bring brushes and explains that he can work well with the new colours: "C'est entendu pour dimanche dejeuner.
Monet was losing his sight at this time and attempting to complete his water lilies series.
On headed Giverny paper, folded across.
