A rare edition of this treatise on entailed estates by the Italian jurist Marzari, who practiced in Vicenza and Bologna, also issued by Balthasar Salvian in Venice in the same year. It was preceded by two Florence edtions by Torrentini & Pectinari in 1567 and 1569.

Some notes and underlinings. Paper evenly browned, a little waterstained; margins slightly wormed. Small flaws to the title-page, slight loss of text.
