To a female friend, agreeing with her statement that not everything has been said about Jeanne d'Arc and inviting her to his conference on Blaise Pascal: "J'ai dit, on a dit tout le possible sur Jeanne d'Arc.

Maurice Barrès published two monographs on Jeanne d'Arc, both after 1909: "Le Jubilé de Jeanne d'Arc" in 1912 and "Autour de Jeanne d'Arc" in 1916. The mentioned conference resulted in the 1910 publication "L'Angoisse de Pascal".

On stationery with printed address "Château de Mirabeau - Vaucluse". Barrès had acquired the Château in 1907. Well preserved.
