Regarding the exchange of prisoners between Russia and Austria. The typescript is drafted and signed by Prince Zdenko Lobkowitz (chamberlain to Archduke Charles, soon to be Charles I of Austria). In her note to her husband Charles, Zita discusses the matter, which involves the Spanish embassy, in some detail and requests his decision. Written but a few months before her husband's accession to the throne.
