The inventor of The Money Game, a series of card games designed to teach elements of economics who won the 1933 Nobel peace prize writes in full: "I was so sorry not to see you while you were in London, but unfortunately I had to stay in the country longer than I expected, and did not return until after you had left. I am hoping very much that I may have the pleasure of seeing you when I am in New York or Boston. I am leaving for the States early in October".
