Exceptionally beautiful fair copy of his song "Souvenir" for singing voice with music accompaniment after a text by Alfred de Musset. Inscribed to the bass baritone Hermann Léon (Léonard Hermann, 1814-58), printed in 1874. The great success led to the publication of a piano version.
Somewhat browned and stained, with slight damage to edges.
