Calligraphical fair copy: "Motette für die kirchliche Confirmationsfeier seiner königlichen Hoheit des Kronprinzen von Hannover componirt nach Worten der heiligen Schrift für Sopran, Alt, Tenor und Bass (Chor)", op. 73 ("Wer mich bekennet vor den Menschen [...]"). In contrast with the title, the present handwritten copy is for Soprano I, Soprano II, Tenor, and Bass. Written for Crown Prince Ernst August of Hanover (1845-1923) and dedicated to his mother Maria. Friedrich Kücken, a student of Simon Sechter and Jacques Fromental Halévy, is remembered as one of the 19th century's foremost Lied composers.
