Confirming the transmission of ownership of a house and several vineyards near Reche in the county of Pozsony, formerly owned by Magdalena Farkas de Besse, to Johann Lippay, secretary at the Hungarian Court Chancery, and to his wife Maria Lendoczy, who cared for her when she was ill: "Egregii Joannis Lippay de Zombor [...] ac Nobilis dominae Mariae Lendeoczy, consortis suae [...] ipsa domina facens gravissima premeretur infirmitate [...] ipsam [...] in domum ipsorum recepissent, eidemque omnia necessaria, tam in victu medicamentis, ac aliis rebus non secus ac sorori ipsorum carnali, propriis eorundem sumptibus administrassent ac sic Dei benefitio ipsorumque cura ac vigilantia iterum sanitati restituta fuisset, tum igitur ob hoc tum vero futuram quoque ipsorum benevolentiam ac quod iidem a certis iam annis libertate et nobilitate domus ac vinearum suarum gavisi fuissent [...]".

Counter-signed by the secretary of the Hungarian Court Chancery, Tiburtius Himmelreich (d. 1610). Light brownstaining; occasional slight flaws to vellum.
