First edition. Scarce English translation of the decrees implemented by the revolutionary government of Russia in 1918. Includes such fundamental measures as the abolishment of private landownership: "All private ownership of land is abolished immediately without any indemnification [...] Any damage whatever done to the confiscated property belonging from now on to the whole people, is regarded as a grievous crime, punishable by the revolutionary court of justice". Published in the Russian Revolutionary Pamphlet series by the Bureau of International Revolutionary Propaganda.
