Practical introduction for trainees at the Sidon Training Center, the tenant of the Trans-Arabian Pipeline (Tapline). Prepared by Training Center superintendent Hamilton Osborne.

The document introduces new trainees to typical climate and weather conditions, training hours, medical care, accommodation and equipment, pointing out that they are to use the same facilities utilized by the construction workers in the building of Tapline. Further issues include food supply, stating that "eating in strange places is not recommended", as well as mail service and phone calls, church service, and leisure activities such as field trips, movies, volleyball, badminton, and swimming. Finally, the superintendent instructs the trainees to interact with the Arab employees, never to serve them alcoholic beverages, and not to leave the premises of the Training Center.
