"Che" Guevara [i.e. Ernesto Guevara de la Serna], Marxist revolutionary, major figure of the Cuban Revolution (1928-1967). Delegate ribbon with an autograph note signed on verso.

Post-revolution delegate ribbon, with a note from Che. On the reverse, he writes that "Este congreso es la unión y el éxito del trabajo de todos" who support the revolution. The congress Che mentions is the Congreso nacional constituyente sindicato nacional de trabajadores de la alimentación. After Castro seized power, Che was given numerous governing duties, including overseeing many economic and agrarian reforms. He attended many such conferences, both in Cuba and abroad.
