This morning she took one of those medicine envelopes you had left her [...] We're hoping to have a less bad day tomorrow [...] If you have any means to soothe the present pain, I shall be much obliged to you; and in that case you can deliver the remedy to my servant Alfredo who will send it to Albano tomorrow [...]" (transl.).
