A weekly diary in Arabic and English, designed for Western-style homemakers living along the Arabian Gulf; similar planners and diaries were popular with the wives of foreign employees at large oil companies in the region. Thoroughly illustrated with photographs of the scenes and people of the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Oman. Photos show an offshore oil rig at Fateh Field, a modern clock tower in Sharjah, and fishing boats and a street crowded with both cars and camels in Dubai. Many of the remaining photographs are photo portraits of men and women from across the Gulf nations, with a short caption on their nationality, tribal affiliation, or occupation.

A few minor notes in Arabic and English, otherwise bright and clean.
