A legal document written in Arabic by a member of the Berber tribes of the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. This document testifies that a woman named Raqiya has declared her separation from her legal representative (wakil) Muhammad, who had made an agreement with her divorced husband Ahmad. The manuscript is dated 1234 H, or 1819 CE.
