Rare British parliamentary papers and correspondence with local agents and officers on the slave trade, including much material relating to the Hejaz, to Jeddah and the Red Sea, as well as Rear-Admiral Corbett's "Report on the Slave Trade on the East Coast [of Africa] and Mozambique, and the Persian Gulf" (pp. 315-318), stating that "No sea traffic in Slaves appears to exist in this region" (i.e., the Arabian Gulf).

Wrappers a little dust-soiled, spine slightly worn with loss. A very good copy.
