Egyptian weekly magazine commemorating historic talks in Egypt in the aftermath of the Yalta Conference. Includes images of President Franklin D. Roosevelt entertaining King Farouk of Egypt, King 'Abd al-'Aziz Ibn Saud of Saudi Arabia, and Emperor Haile Selassie of Ethiopia aboard a ship at Great Bitter Lake on the Suez Canal. Other images show Winston Churchill with the Syrian president Shukri al-Quwatli, and the British Prime Minister lunching with Ibn Saud by Lake Qarun. This historic meeting is said to have been the start of Saudi-UK relations.
