The drawings by an unidentified Chinese artist depict four variously seated female musicians playing the long lute (san-hsein), dulcimer (yang ch'in), transverse flute (ti-tzi) and, apparently, a form of straight trumpet.
Light discoloration to paper; a few small marks; very slight damp-staining to lower margin and tiny tear to leading edge of one drawing. An attractive set.
