With a colored coat-of-arms in gouache; Logau appends to his signature his Ovidian motto: "Non est mortale quod opto" ("What I desire is not mortal").
In 1625 Logau continued his study of law at Altdorf.
Extremely rare; the only autograph of the great Silesian poet and member of the Fruitbearing Society in the auction records of the last decades. Slight spotting; mounted at left edge; altogether well-preserved.
