The 33 entries, some written on the album leaf, others in letters or separate sheets of paper mounted within the album, are by the poets and playwrights Eduard von Bauernfeld, Ignaz Franz Castelli, Franz Grillparzer ("Was man den Kindern thut / Ist doppelt gut; / Weil im Erfolg, den Jeder sieht / Man ihre Ältern miterzieht"), Friedrich Halm (i. e. Baron Münch-Bellinghausen), Paul Maria Lacroma, Heinrich Laube, Betty Paoli, Otto Prechtler and Moritz Gottlieb Saphir; the scholars Helene von Druskowitz, Carl Helm, Ernst Pauer and Johann Emanuel Veith; the composer J. Hoven (i. e. Johann Vesque von Püttlingen: five-bar muscial quotation with the text: "und wäre nicht das Bißchen Liebe, so gäb' es nirgends einen Halt"); the singers Alois Ander and Emil Götze; the actors and actresses Marie Bayer-Bürck, Carl and Elisabeth Fichtner, Amalie Haizinger, Stella Hohenfels, Carl von La Roche, Carl Lucas, Louise Neumann, Carl and Julie Rettich, Mathilde Wildauer, Charlotte Wolter and Zerline Würzburg (wife of Ludwig Gabillon) and the dancer Fanny Elßler (fragment). A signature by Emperor Franz Joseph is mounted into the album. The pretty collection is topped off by a watercolour (signed Franz Steinfeld) and an oil landscape (signed "J. W.", corners broken).

Includes an ALS by Ignaz Franz Castelli (dated Vienna, 25 March 1864).
