Matteo Florimi, a student of A. Lafrery and C. Duchet, moved to Siena in 1581, where he worked as a publisher and dealer in books and prints, often for A. Carracci, C. Galle, and P. de Jode.
A longish tear to the left edge, touching the image (ca 20 cm), trimmed to the borders, smoothed creases.
