Important work on French law by the Montpellier university professor Serres, covering a large variety of legal subjects. Includes a copious index. Another edition was published in the same year by Cavelier.

Several mispaginations, but complete. Pencil ownership by a Toulouse law student to flyleaf. Noticeable waterstaining to upper corner; small flaw to upper corner of p. 249f. Slight worming to lower margin of last third, not touching text.
