First edition of the reformed Penal Code of Tunisia according to the "decret du 9 Julliet 1913 (5 Chabân 1331)", parts of which remain in force to this day. Includes the Arabic text.

Occasional light fingerstaining; a few pencil annotations. Binding rubbed; extremeties somewhat bumped. Very rare: only 3 copies listed on OCLC (Harvard; Tübingen; Beit el Bennani Collection Tunis), all records noting the French text only and apparently without the Arabic section.
