A handsome early photographic portrait of Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, late Emir of Kuwait, who ruled for fourteen years from 2006 until 2020. Prior to his time as emir, Sabah was the longest-serving foreign minister in the world when he left that office, having served from 1963 to 2003.
