A bound set of the first four issues of the Official Gazette of the Government of Abu Dhabi for the second year of publication, covering successive periods in 1388 to 1389 H (corresponding to 1969 CE). Issued as the formal vehicle for the promulgation of laws, decrees, regulations, and government decisions under Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and an important documentary record of administrative consolidation in Abu Dhabi shortly before the formation of the United Arab Emirates in 1971 CE.

Includes official plates for the proportions of the Abu Dhabi flag and a comprehensive chart of traffic and road signs.
