An interesting collection of legal documents, compiled c. 1720, that sheds light on the legal bearings of an Italian family of the lesser nobility from Isera near Rovereto during the late 17th and early 18th centuries. The mostly notarized copies of over 60 legal proceedings and some original documents comprise financial records of a parish, last wills of relatives, various kinds contracts, and court documents. The most prominent co-contractor of the Pazzini is count Paris Liechtenstein-Kastelkorn (d. after 1693), lord of Castel Corno near Isera. A contract with an otherwise unknown Moritz Ritter von Faboc zu Altessen is written in German, highlighting the proximity of the German and Italian speaking worlds in the Trentino region. The documents were issued by notaries in Isera, Rovereto, and surrounding villages.

Spine broken; some leaves brittle or loose. Occasional water damage, stains, and fading. Minor tears are frequent but rarely affect the text. Generally well preserved.
