Extremely rare and early offprint from vol. 36 (6) of Dr. Wittelshöfer's "Wiener medizinische Wochenschrift", Austria's first medical journal: the report of a case with clinical and autopsy findings of "neuritis multiplex".
Inscribed by the author to the French neurologist Pierre Marie (1853-1940), Charcot's 'chef du clinique': "Á Mr le Docteur P. Marie / souvenir de l'auteur"; also with small corrections in Freud's own hand.
Condition
Slight stains and browning; a few small edge flaws.
