Unpublished autograph manuscript by the Friulian poet Francesco Paciani, bound in the late 18th century with an autograph letter by his son Lelio Paciani, dated Cividale del Friuli, 27 April 1559. The manuscript comprises 17 pages and contains 25 fables: "De Coclea", "De Lactuca", "De Duobus Passeribus", "De Asino", "De Sene Amatore", "De Lupo et Vulpe" etc.
"Fu dotto il Paciani i buon poeta, encomiato da' suoi concittadini e dagli storici di que' tempi. Lasciò un Ms. in idioma latino centenente 'XXV Favole', da lui dedicate nel 1526 a Sua Eccellenza Ludovico Michele 'Provisor Civitatis Perfectum', che conservansi presso la sua famiglia" (Di Manzano).
